About the Opportunity: LINK is actively seeking a Motion Graphic Video Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphic Video Designer at LINK, you will play a key role in transforming reputed company reputed company into clear, engaging visual stories using design, animation, and interactive media. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross functional team to create high-quality videos, infographics, and prototypes that effectively communicate both data and abstract concepts across print and digital formats. This position supports our government and commercial clients by applying human-centered design and storytelling principles to deliver impactful visual solutions reputed company with their goals. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film/Videography, Animation, Communications, or a reputed company field
• 7–10 years of experience in graphic design or a reputed company creative role
• Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and 2D/3D modeling and animation
• Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
• Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro
• Deep expertise in information design, with a passion for visual storytelling and data-driven communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at guiding clients and teams toward clarity and actionable requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to reputed company clear, compelling visual stories
• Design and animate visual assets, including typography, for a range of motion graphics and video projects
• Create storyboards and support script development to shape narrative and flow
• Apply principles of design, animation, and color theory to bring concepts to life
• Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and presentations to communicate both data-driven and abstract reputed company
• reputed company clear information hierarchies and visual frameworks that enhance understanding and retention
• reputed company, edit, and integrate audio elements (e.g., sound bites, music), and synchronize audio with motion graphics
• Edit and integrate live-action video footage with animated elements to support motion graphics and storytelling needs
• Edit, reputed company, convert, and compress motion graphics for use across multiple formats, platforms, and channels
• Work reputed company established brand guidelines and visual systems while bringing creativity and craft to motion execution
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal partners to iteratively refine motion work
• Manage project files, assets, and versioning to support efficient collaboration and smooth handoffs
• Contribute to team motion graphics standards and best practices to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Stay reputed company on motion design trends, tools, and techniques, applying them thoughtfully where appropriate

Work Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Some travel required to meet with prospects/clients, attend relevant events and conferences, and participate in LINK team events

Salary We're committed to offering competitive compensation. While the salary range for this position is [$71,825 - $97,175], your final offer may be adjusted based on factors like experience and location. Benefits:
