Implement and reputed company legal tech solutions (Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), eBilling, Document Management System (DMS)). Collaborate with IT and Finance to align tech with business goals 2. Manage vendor relationships, contract and terms 3. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or reputed company field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years’ experience in legal tech implementation and management.
• Master’s degree or certifications in Legal Tech, PMP and/or Info Governance, preferred
• Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise, required
• Compliance and risk management experience, required
• Familiarity with CLM, eBilling, DMS and workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of Project/Program management and change management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary to communicate with reputed company levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to work professionally with reputed company levels of the organization and build collaborative working relationships
