About the Job: Tadaweb is hiring a reputed company Manager for its growing US business. This is an individual contributor, mid-career, client-facing role in support of US public sector clients based in the United States and abroad who utilize Tadaweb’s SaaS platform to reputed company their online PAI (Publicly Available Information) investigations more effective and efficient. This role is remote and may require up to 25% to 33% travel reputed company the US and abroad for customer engagements, conferences, and other industry events. This role will also require collaboration with internal stakeholders located across multiple time zones. Scope of Work:

• At the conclusion of training, you will be an expert on the Tadaweb platform.
• You will build and maintain relationships with our users and key customer stakeholders based on trust, transparency and a commitment to their mission success.
• You will train and mentor customers on our platform to deliver maximum value on open-reputed company data collection and analysis.
• You will help customers to solve reputed company problems that lack clear answers and you will envision, execute and supervise solutions that reputed company people, products and processes.
• You will act as the voice of the customer internally to communicate feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team.
• You will research, explore, and help implement new technologies to help our customers.
• You will be heavily involved in both pre-sales and post-sales Go To Market motions.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 4–7+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or another customer-facing role, ideally reputed company SaaS or tech, with a focus on reputed company of War/Defense or government customers
• reputed company with collection of PAI, production of reputed company, internet investigations, or professional online research.
• Excited by technology and how it can be a catalyst for change.
• Comfortable preparing and delivering product demonstrations, training workshops and customer briefs.
• Familiar with reputed company best practices and challenges at the individual contributor level.
• Interested in both international reputed company affairs and information technology advancements.
• Follows an ethical, legal, and transparent approach to data collection.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a United States reputed company clearance for this role
• Prioritizing candidates who reside in Seattle, WA or other major cities in the Pacific Time Zone

• Experience as an analyst working with reputed company-reputed company or open-reputed company content in support of public sector, law enforcement, or corporate reputed company objectives.
• Exposure to social network analysis, and knowledge of clear, deep and dark web investigation.
• Experience with streamlining investigative workflows by using bespoke tools, programming languages like Python, or automations you created.
• Enthusiasm for client-facing work including presentations, training, business/operations management, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain reputed company and time-sensitive issues to users in a simple manner.
