About the Role

As a Remote Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice that our customers hear reputed company they reputed company their orders. Your role will involve answering reputed company inbound phone calls, taking and entering customer orders into the system, and escalating any additional customer service needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Taking and entering customer orders into the system accurately and reputed company
• Escalating any additional customer service needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working independently in a home office environment with minimal supervision
• Meeting the required 30+ hours of weekly availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST

At arenaflex, we offer a reputed company package starting at $14.00 per hour plus upsell commission. You will also receive a shift premium of $0.50 per hour for hours worked after 4:30 PM. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose your own days and hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to meet the required 30+ hours of weekly availability. Additionally, you will have time off on Thanksgiving and the following Friday.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable computer and internet reputed company
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in a call center or remote environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Windows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
