Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inputting eligibility data and updating member records in various technology platforms
• Terminating member records in eligibility programs in various technology platforms
• Processing annual enrollment changes for assigned groups
• Assigning member UID's
• Reviewing and auditing Eligibility, PBM, FSA, and COBRA transaction and maintenance reports daily
• Reviewing eligibility audit reports and determining if member updates are required
• Identifying transaction-reputed company processing errors

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Data entry experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate reputed company skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
