Job Summary
The Customer Solutions Specialist is an action-oriented role that requires flexible problem-solving to assist customers using a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research questions, problem solve, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and e-mail with the goal of an excellent customer experience, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased business sales.
Key Responsibilities
