Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
- Reviewing orders for accuracy to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
- Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
- Managing online customer orders and associated data reputed company EDI portals to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
- Generating internal reports to sales and production teams to inform business decisions and drive growth

- Supporting sales and marketing team as needed to drive business growth and customer engagement

Requirements
