Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As the face of our company, you will influence our customers' service experience by handling customer care requests and issues reputed company phone, web, or written correspondence. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly reputed company of $30-$41 per hour, requiring availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and resolve issues based on calls/letters from customers, providers, and plan sponsors.
  • Escalate emergencies to appropriate staff and record and track contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors.
  • Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex policy, and procedures, as well as knowledge of resources to reputed company with any regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
