Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Customer Care Representatives to join our premier HR contact center team. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients' employees, answering questions, providing education, and resolving reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to address questions, provide education, and resolve reputed company HR and financial issues.
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework.

Requirements and Qualifications
