Day to day:
- Accountable for reputed company departments as Duty Manager of the site, ensuring the business plan is implemented to reputed company site targets and being the reputed company of contact and decision maker for reputed company operational issues.
- Identifying and resolving any production risks
- Analysing and interpreting a range of business data to maximise operational excellence and reputed company key performance indicators.
- Directing and influencing teams to reputed company business objectives through effective communication.
About you:
- Comfortable navigating complexity to find long-term solutions.
- A track record of creating a supportive, motivating work environment and have the ability to get the best out of every team member
- A skilled problem solver who works with the team to identify potential risks and identifies pragmatic solutions and contingency plans
- Someone who can interpret data and use it to improve our business.
- You play an instrumental role in implementing change initiatives, modelling behaviours that support others to maintain focus and effectiveness
- You understand the need to work in collaboration with others
