Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
• Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
