The Role
As an e-commerce customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You'll work with popular e-commerce brands that align with your interests, using your skills and expertise to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer service tickets of reputed company tiers for our clients, providing timely and high-quality responses that meet their needs
