Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical reputed company teams to identify and address the needs of our clients, providing expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of arenaflex Cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Leading technical projects, providing technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Developing and delivering product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the capabilities and benefits of arenaflex Cloud
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance the effectiveness of arenaflex Cloud
  • Participating in client meetings, site visits, and other events as required

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, reputed company full technical discovery, and reputed company client solutions to meet reputed company requirements

  • reputed company technical projects, provide technical support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • reputed company and deliver product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the capabilities and benefits of arenaflex Cloud
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud stage viability
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field

  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other reputed company technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance

  • Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
  • Experience working with government public sector clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application reputed company frameworks, including web application reputed company, service boundary, and mobile reputed company techniques
