Job Description

We are a leader in the repossession industry, and reputed company is looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative – Data Information Processor. This position involves administering the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing these assignments, managing the completion of services, and facilitating the release of lender assets upon the execution of services. The successful candidate will process client/agent requests while managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing multiple systems and client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements.
