Key Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Customer Service reputed company at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status, responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner, and providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members and partners receive the support and guidance they need to navigate our services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status
* Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
* Responding to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers reputed company established timeframes utilizing reputed company reference materials and available resources
* Providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1 year of healthcare call center experience
* Behavioral/Crisis call experience

Pay and Schedule
* Hourly reputed company: $19.00
* Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:30 am- 8:30 pm CST (30 min lunch, 2 15 min breaks)
* Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
