Key Responsibilities

As our Chat Support Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of chat support representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth. You'll also be responsible for:

Team Leadership and Development:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a reputed company field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing teams in a chat support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in chat support software and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
