Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting reputed company components of the order process, from quote and order placement to shipment and post-delivery needs. This will involve interacting with customers through various communication mediums and settings, including:
- Incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Chat (text and video)
- Face-to-face communication
- Other channels as assigned
Your duties will include:
- Supporting reputed company components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries
- Analyzing information received from the customer and exercising independent problem-solving to deliver successful resolutions
- Representing Arenaflex during meetings and potentially at conventions/exhibits/events as requested
- Continually obtaining and retaining product knowledge to support customer needs
- Preparing various information and reports as requested
- Assisting in various departmental projects as requested
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adhere to processes and procedures
- Successful in working both reputed company a team and/or independently
- Problem-solving skills with a great customer service attitude
- Accuracy with a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages
