Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need. You'll be required to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
* Moderate work experience within own function
* Some work is completed without established procedures
* Basic tasks are completed without review by others
* Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
* Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
* Enter data accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail
* Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age OR older
* 1+ years of experience working in customer service
* Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need
Telecommuting Requirements
* Reside within Texas
* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
