Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and handling of new and reorder medication requests. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty drug treatment, while collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and meet financial and clinical expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to patients receiving specialty drug treatment, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner
- Coordinate and handle new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and renewing benefits
- Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay sums, and obtaining approvals
- Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and approve orders with records of sales or clinical issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
