Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, chat, and email to provide best-in-class service and support
  • Building brand loyalty through friendly and effective customer engagement
  • Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including:

+ Customer orders + Loyalty program information + Product information + Company policies

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, high-end retail/guest services, or 3+ years of equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
