Job Summary:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued donors and the general public. You'll work closely with our Donor Contact Services team to answer inbound calls, reputed company outbound calls, and respond to inquiries utilizing a variety of resource materials and methods. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor information, achieving and maintaining an acceptable level of individual statistics to accomplish Call Center business goals, and working collaboratively with team members to reputed company our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued donors and the general public through inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information, utilizing technology to update and maintain donor records.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school graduate/GED or equivalent required, as well as basic routine work experience.

• Minimum of 1-year previous customer service/sales work experience or call center experience preferred.
• Required minimum typing speed of 20 wpm.
• Access to a reliable, high-speed internet reputed company, with an average minimum download speed of 25 mbps, and an average upload speed of 6 mbps.

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly reputed company of $16.56 - $23.06, with a typical hiring range of $19 to $21 per hour.
