Job Overview

We are seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join reputed company as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and providing support to ensure they have a positive experience with our services. You will work in a remote environment, providing after-hours support to our members, and will be required to work a set schedule of Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring reputed company relevant information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely manner
• Ensure reputed company company procedures are followed, and accurate trip data is input into our systems
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
• Multitask effectively and reputed company to extract necessary information from multiple systems, reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage
• Answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day, providing exceptional service and support to our members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of reputed company experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
• Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under general supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
• Strong technical skills, with experience using multiple systems and software applications
• Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
