Agency Loan Administrator I

reputed company is a financial services company seeking an Agency Loan Administrator I for their Commercial Ops team. The role involves supporting multifamily mortgage loan closings and ensuring high-quality service to internal and external clients while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers, transaction team, third party vendors to ensure task completion for proper and timely closing
• Review and prepare search request form for UCC, Tax Lien, Judgement, Bankruptcy searches. Prepare loan documentation as may be necessary, including initial drafts of various documents for review by Closing Officer
• Assist closing officer in verifying reputed company and funding conditions are signed off prior to settlement
• Confirm loan information in reputed company systems is accurate
• Prepare an initial draft of the lender's settlement statement, including confirming reputed company lender costs are appropriately and accurately reflected
• Maintain loan files to ensure required file audit documents are stored
• Assist in coordinating loan funding logistics
• Assist in coordinating loan file delivery requirements
• Coordinate post-closing delivery to Borrower of final loan documents/reports
• Meet established productivity levels and turn-around times as set by the Manager
• Verbally verify reputed company instructions with Title companies for loan fundings
• Notarization of loan documents for Closing Officers
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality service for internal partners
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in reputed company closing activities
• Assist Closing Officer with collaboration between reputed company and Closing Counsel to collect legal due diligence for reputed company lock and closing
• Successfully upload reputed company and reputed company legal due diligence
• Consistently track closing-reputed company reputed company lock and closing due diligence

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, or in a law firm
• Must be able to handle the pressure of 30-40 transactions simultaneously
• Must be capable of maintaining a high quality of service to internal and external clients/partners
• Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high quality of service
• Must have superior customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
• A reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied reputed company cellular data or hotspot
• A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)
• ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
• Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and reputed company requirements are met
• Candidates must live reputed company approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 22102 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services
