The People Coordinator is responsible for supporting the North America Human Resources administrative functions and assisting globally as needed, including tasks such as data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and managing HRIS data.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain employee HRIS information and files
- Manage new hire background reputed company process
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Respond to employee email and reputed company inquiries
- Prepare basic reports
- reputed company requests as defined by the reputed company Team, People Operations
- Manage and coordinate aspects of office reputed company tasks in Chicago (I.e., key cards, restocking, mail, etc.)
- reputed company other administrative duties and projects as needed
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field is preferred
- 1+ years in a professional work setting preferred
