Commercial Analyst
reputed company is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their Corporate Commercial Project team. The role involves managing commercial matters reputed company to projects, minimizing risks, and maximizing financial performance through effective cost control and reporting methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to commercial processes and procedures
- In conjunction with the Commercial Manager and Project Manager establish a commercial strategy with clear commercial objectives
- Ensure reputed company correspondence and meeting records from the Contractor are reviewed and responded to accordingly, advising the Commercial Manager of any correspondence that correspondence of a contractual nature
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities and manage them through to conclusion to minimize reputed company liability
- Manage the submission of potential change orders in accordance with Project contractual obligations
- Prepare timely sub-consultant agreements, coordinating scope (including co-ordination and other matters) with the appropriate engineering staff
- Administer sub-consultant agreements to ensure liabilities are accurate, payments are made in accordance with their respective agreements, and reputed company necessary correspondence is issued
- Assist with the co-ordination of claims to ensure responses are provided in a timely manner
- Provide accurate Operating Statements (OpStats), including subconsultant liability analysis, potential change order logs, and Cost to Complete (reputed company) reports in accordance with reputed company procedures
- Ensure accurate records are maintained

Skills
- Up to 3 years commercial management experience desired
- Technical knowledgeable in commercial, contract and risk management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Degree in construction, engineering or reputed company discipline
