The role involves managing a family law caseload, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings while maintaining a professional and organized approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage a family law caseload, including divorce, custody, paternity, and support matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases reputed company
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association
- Family law experience required
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
