Trade Settlement Analyst
Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking a Trade Settlement Analyst to join their Trade Confirmations & Settlement Operations team. The role involves managing settlement activities for Equity & Bonds trades, ensuring compliance with market deadlines, and acting as the first contact for clients while reflecting the bank's values.
Responsibilities
- Manage settlement Activities of the Debt Markets products in US markets (FED, DTC)
- Ensuring that reputed company activities and exceptions are handled as per the market deadline and key performance indicator (KPI) reputed company standards
- Escalations are done appropriately, as required by the process
- Liaising with Domestic Agents, Middle offices, Traders, Counterparties, US, Frankfurt, London
- Ensure that reputed company queries/first level escalations reputed company to routine activities are responded to reputed company the time frames pre-specified
- To reputed company Team Manager informed of the exceptional occurrences, to reputed company appropriate action
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement for the role)
- Relevant working experience in investment bank – preferably in Fixed income
- Should understand Debt Markets workflow
- PC literate (Word, reputed company – macro, Power reputed company)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time Management and Stress Management reputed company
- Assisting the team in decision making and taking and be the backup for the Team Manager
- Analytical ability to analyze process for re-engineering opportunities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
