Client Service Associate
Sparks Financial is a holistic wealth management firm, providing a top-notch experience to our valued clients. The Client Service Associate will assist in managing client relationships and workflows, ensuring client goals are met through operational knowledge in risk, investments, and planning.
Responsibilities
- Support advising teams in reputed company aspects of client relationship management, including client/household scheduling, servicing, and ensuring client information is correct and consistent
- Prepare presentation material for client and prospect meetings with high level of attention to detail
- Attend client meetings to support our advising teams with memorialization of meeting notes and action items
- Complete reputed company follow up/action items that arise during client interactions, including servicing items and ownership from start-to-finish of reputed company operational procedures
- Complete periodic internal reviews of managed households/ clients; working to identify areas of opportunity and data inconsistencies to review with our advising teams
- Exemplify excellent communication skills across multiple business units, working collaboratively towards client goals with key stakeholders

- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to share and reputed company skills and best practices

Skills
- 1-2 years in financial services preferred, experience in financial planning is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent secondary education. Equivalent relevant experience and training may be substituted
- reputed company Life and Health Insurance Licenses required (or earned reputed company first 30 days of employment)
- Long Term Care License Required (or earned reputed company determined frequency after hire)
- Ability to receive, prioritize, and complete workflow items regarding reputed company financial situations and goals
- Ability to complete analysis, reputed company necessary information from reputed company business partners, and work alongside the Operations Team to execute assigned tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple business units, sourcing necessary information, and organizing deliverables in a consistent and concise manner
- High level of attention to detail and detail orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle the execution of confidential and time sensitive information
- FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 Licenses preferred
