[Remote] Claims Adjuster, F&I GAP

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in risk management, and they are seeking a Claims Adjuster for their F&I CLAIMS - GAP team. In this role, you will investigate and evaluate low complexity claims while ensuring a customer-centric service approach.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and update claims data/information in compliance with best practices for low complexity, low exposure personal or commercial line claims
  • Confirm policy existence by identifying coverage on low complexity claims
  • Investigate and adjudicate claims reputed company company guidelines and reputed company state regulatory requirement reputed company to Guaranteed Asset Protection policies
  • Follow established claims handling procedures for low complexity, low exposure personal or commercial line claims to ensure consistency and quality in claims services
  • Review and understand financial loan documents
  • Collect data and document in established system to facilitate the accurate assessment and value of claims
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to field calls regarding the Guaranteed Asset Protection policies (coverage after a total loss claim), claims outcome and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, by communicating information, responding to inquiries and following customer protocols
  • Ability to use and understand programs associated with auto valuation including CCC, ISO, reputed company, Kelley Blue Book and other adjusting tools
  • Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality of solutions
  • Determine reputed company to solicit input from more senior colleagues or managers for more reputed company issues, to ensure quality and promote reputed company learning
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, staying reputed company with industry trends, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems

Skills

  • Bachelors Degree and no prior years of experience required in the Customer Service area
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service area
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service area
  • For Intermediate Apprenticeship Positions Only: Associate Degree in Business Administration of rising Junior with two years of coursework in Business Administration and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service area. Contingent on admittance into reputed company Global reputed company Bachelor of Business Administration program
