Talent Specialist
OSL Retail Services is a company that values innovation, collaboration, and growth. They are seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to manage the candidate experience life cycle and support the People Team in various recruitment and talent management functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employer branding through off-site reputed company recruitment events
- Responsible for posting reputed company job requisitions on company career site, ensuring brand consistency on reputed company platforms
- reputed company background reputed company administrative function which includes follow up and correspondence with the candidates
- Manage summer student recruitment from resumes screening, phone interviews and offer letter management
- Responsible for reputed company new hire paperwork and onboarding communication for new hires, ensuring documents are audited and filled in in a timely manner
- Create monthly dashboards on recruitment metrics
- Documenting reputed company processes and guidelines for the Talent Attraction Team and function
- Assistance with resume screening, phone interviews as required
- Review, track, and manage compliance with mandatory training for reputed company Samsung new hires

- Assist with quarterly learning days and new hire orientation schedule

Skills
- University degree or College equivalent in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Calendar/email
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to reputed company and promote strong customer relationships at reputed company levels
