The role involves selling life insurance products to interested clients while providing extensive training and mentorship, allowing for flexible work from reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Consult with warm leads who have requested information
- Work from our phones/computer reputed company with a reputed company
- Provide extensive hands in training and 1:1 mentorship
- Earn raises every 2 months
- Cultivate a positive and vibrant environment that makes new agents feel welcome
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to establish and nurture client relationships
- Proven skills in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Goal-oriented reputed company with the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Willing to get licensed mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales desired
- reputed company Insurance license a plus
