[Remote] Associate, Paid Social

As a Paid Social Associate, you will provide essential production support to the account team, focusing on running performance reports, managing campaigns, and learning best practices in Paid Social Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Learning the fundamentals of reputed company’s paid social marketing methodologies
- Sharpening your technical skills in reputed company by demonstrating proficiency in sorting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and v-lookups
- Implementing tasks reputed company reputed company and/or TikTok Ads Manager platforms
- Uploading & editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, negatives, and other standard account management tasks
- Identifying performance trends, understanding the metrics, and developing report write-reputed company with clear explanations
- Understanding bidding methodologies (smart bidding vs manual) and the strategy behind bid adjustments
- Updating, monitoring, and communicating budget pacing performance to the wider team while flagging any areas that are pacing above/below 15% variation
- Creating, pulling, and reviewing pixels
- Successfully speaking on a set portion of client calls
Skills
- 0 - 6 months of social marketing experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and knowledge of reputed company reputed company / reputed company Sheets
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Upper intermediate oral English level as reputed company our clients are from abroad
- reputed company Ads Certification and experience working with TikTok and Snapchat
