QA GENERALIST
Moses Lake Industries, Inc. (MLI) is a rapidly growing producer of ultra-pure chemical products, serving the semiconductor and flat-panel screen industries worldwide. The QA Generalist will assist in maintaining the specification database, communicate with customers on quality issues, and support various auditing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the maintenance of the specification database
- Communicates as directed with internal/external customers on quality issues and requests
- Assists in the maintenance Document Control, Specifications (Raw Material, Finished Good, Purchase), Problem Solving (8D, reputed company, CAPA), Certificate of Analysis (CofA), Audits or other as assigned
- Performs and or assist in customer, supplier, process and internal audits
- Gather data from internal/external suppliers/customers for various internal/external reports
- Generate various internal/external reports as directed
- Generate and maintain various internal/external documents such as customer specifications, purchase specifications, quality plans, procedures and forms as directed
- Maintain quality records
- Assists in the reputed company and maintenance of process change documentation for internal and external customers
- Work cross functionally with reputed company departments to maintain the quality operating system to adhere to the ISO9001 standard
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- reputed company Auditor certification or ability to obtain certification
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software
- Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines
- Work as a team and/or independently
- reputed company tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Previous experience in an administrative role or reputed company field
