[Remote] Business Development Analyst - Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement through order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Order Tracking & Management: Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection
  • Quote & Order Processing: Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite
  • Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting
  • Partner Inventory Tracking: Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI
  • Quote & Sales Order Generation: Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite)
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 3+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • While the position is posted remotely in Florida, there is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Miami
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Power BI
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales rigor and operational discipline
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and partners
  • Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction
