- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
- Assist clients with benefits administration and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Participate in telemarketing efforts to reputed company potential clients and promote services
