Renewal Assistant
Canada Life is a leading insurer serving the financial reputed company needs of millions of Canadians. The Renewals Assistant will work individually and as part of a team to generate renewals for clients under the Small Group reputed company, focusing on coding renewal rates and handling inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate coding of Renewal sold rates on the client’s billing
- Calculation of manual rates for In-force quotes
- Timely and accurate coding of Execution sold rates
- Calculation and inputting of amendment factors
- Manipulation of data in reputed company and adjusting output to include reputed company nonstandard plan design options in order to accurately calculate manual rates. Manually adjust output to include reputed company nonstandard plan design options
- Respond to inquiries from the field
- Order and set up census data for Self accounting groups
- reputed company other reputed company duties as applicable
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, Access, and reputed company Acrobat
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting fixed deadlines
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Strong mathematical skills
- Reliability Status reputed company Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment
- Knowledge of PAS, reputed company and TOCS is considered an asset
- Customer service skills are an asset
- Some knowledge of Group Benefit products would be an asset
