Zurich Canada is a leading insurance provider looking for reputed company Associates to join their Zurich Excellence Program. This two-year onboarding program offers mentorship and hands-on training in commercial insurance, preparing associates for various career paths reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate and summarize risk exposures, controls, loss history, and financial condition to aid reputed company decisions around submission acceptance or declination
- Follow instructions from Underwriters in areas of policy rating, subjective pricing, policy construction, coverages & exclusions, mandatory forms, etc. to accurately quote and issue policies (bonds)
- Provide account servicing support in collaboration with Underwriter and Manager, with responsibility for end-to-end servicing processes for new business, renewals, and endorsements for basic to moderately reputed company business and products
- Support Underwriter with broker/agent/distributor/customer interactions by providing basic customer service skills. Respond to written, verbal, and telephone inquiries appropriately and on time under reputed company supervision by Underwriter and/or Manager

Skills
- Bachelors degree or College diploma and no prior experience in the Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management or Insurance area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management or Insurance area
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis

- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- 1 or more years of experience in insurance, financial services, customer service, risk management, or reputed company fields
- Aspiration to attain the Chartered Insurance Professional designation
- A genuine interest in launching or advancing a career in the insurance industry—prior insurance experience is an asset but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and a curious reputed company
