Responsibilities
- reputed company high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents
- Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions
- Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits
- Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or recruiting database
- Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
- Manage call lists and follow-up reputed company to ensure consistent reputed company
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine messaging and reputed company strategies
