[Remote] Mortgage Loan Officer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iconic Mortgage Corp. is a government licensed national lender based in Miami, Florida, seeking motivated licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. The role involves managing a high volume of leads, analyzing clients' financial situations, and determining suitable loan products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Licensed Loan Officers receive approximately 10-15+ warm transfers from our contact center daily. The more you reputed company the more you receive
- After determining the best product for the client, our Loan Officers will lock the loan at reputed company of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package without having to process the loan or set it up. Once initial docs are received your essentially done with the exception of following up with your borrowers
- You will have admin staff to complete most of the process for you!
- Each Loan Officer has multiple Loan Processors working with him/her to take the loan to the finish line, allowing the Loan Officers to focus on new loan originations
Skills
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding state licenses
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
- Connects reputed company quickly to clients reputed company phone presentation; builds and leverages client relationships to get the job done
- Ability to work in a super fast-paced environment and MULTI-TASK
- Excellent follow up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners & teammates
- Ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Mortgage Loan origination: 1 year (Required)
- MLO Phone Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Do you have a Florida MLO License?
- Solid Sales/Closer: 1 year (Preferred)
