[Remote] Project Coordinator, Network Operations

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of fiber network construction projects, providing support to multiple Project Managers and managing project documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database
- Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)
- Coordinating site access with customers and vendors
- Prepare Operations and Support reputed company for reputed company vendors on reputed company new networks
- Responsible for uploading reputed company 811 Map Updates across multiple states, protecting reputed company underground OSP fiber
- Maintaining data reputed company reputed company’s Zoho CRM platform, including vendor invoicing, financial records, recoverable expenses, relocations and damage repairs
- Manage project closeout requirements
- Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an reputed company basis
Skills
- 0-5 years' work experience in a project management or coordinator role
- Strong technical educational and work background
- Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers and local governmental entities
- Experience in Zoho or similar CRM database
- Ability working with OSP fiber deployments, tracking, and milestones
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks reputed company
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), reputed company, reputed company Maps, reputed company Earth
- Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies, and ability to read construction drawings
- CAPM, PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
