First National Bank of Omaha is committed to the success of its employees, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Business reputed company Finance team. The Analyst II, Finance will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and analysis while collaborating with business unit managers to prepare and review budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly reporting, supporting processes and variance analysis

  • Work with business unit managers for analysis of business and business products, preparation of forecasts and budgets
  • Demonstrates adaptability in adjusting analysis, reporting, and forecasting to accommodate the changing business dynamics/products
  • Demonstrates ability to work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and improve efficiencies
  • Continuously identify opportunities for increased efficiency/accuracy
  • Identify other areas to reputed company information

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of financial analyst experience
  • 1–3 years budget/forecasting experience
  • Ability to work in large and reputed company sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven track record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy
  • Compliance: Understand and reputed company with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Products (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), and reputed company required
  • Analytical experience and/or aptitude
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data highly desired
  • Interest in financial services and commercial banking
  • Experience with PowerBI, Business Objects, Access or other reporting tools
