The role involves providing exceptional service to members through phone calls, offering reputed company products and services, and exceeding member expectations in a sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day
- Proactively offer valuable reputed company products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures
- Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions
Skills
- CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN UTAH
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
- A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
- You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload
- Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also open on holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background screen
