About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from reputed company walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
