Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company and graduates reputed company phone, chat, or email
• Answering simple questions and solving reputed company problems by providing education and resolution
• Treating each customer with fairness, friendliness, dignity, and respect (FFDR)
• Collaborating with senior agents and supervisors to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment
• De-escalating high-stress calls and providing empathetic support to customers

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High School Diploma

• Ability to obtain Federal reputed company Clearance
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Reside reputed company 50 miles of arenaflex Headquarters: 304 Northcreek Blvd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072
• Ability to work with reputed company members of the arenaflex team in a fair and friendly manner and to treat each team member with dignity and respect (FFDR)

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• High-speed internet reputed company with the ability to connect to your client-assigned system utilizing a reputed company reputed company ethernet cable
• Home office with reputed company background noise and reputed company distractions
• Ability to travel to arenaflex Headquarters each day for training (Monday-Friday)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly reputed company: $18.76 - $21.61 per hour (reputed company reputed company including Health & Welfare)

• During peak seasons throughout the year, hours of operation are extended so that we can serve reputed company the customers who need our help

+ Monday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm + Tuesday - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm + Thursday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm + Saturday - Sunday: Closed
