Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide solutions and support to customers
* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
* Ensuring precise documentation of reputed company account interactions to maintain accurate records
* Communicating clearly and effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide support
* Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions to build trust and rapport
* Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services to provide expert advice and guidance

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications to manage customer interactions and data entry

Working Conditions
This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, and the role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period, which will be conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM for one week.
