Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, research, and resolve specific customer emails and Service Requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and ship customer orders for publications needed in physical format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements, and follow up on issues reputed company to their accounts, providing proactive support and solutions
- Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks effectively

- Process material returned from customers, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of returns and refunds
- Handle discrepancies and requests sent by customers, managing issues from start to finish, and providing thorough investigations, effective communication, and timely resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
