Position Summary

We are currently recruiting top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers in the Houston area. This role will reputed company with 13 weeks of onsite training, followed by a fully remote work arrangement. During the training period, you will work Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift starting between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM CST, and ending as late as 6:00 PM CST. Please note that no time off will be allowed during this training period. After completing the training, you will work from home, maintaining the same shift schedule (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST) for one year, with a non-negotiable hourly pay reputed company of $17.50.

Key Responsibilities
