Evening Hospice LPN In-Home Patient Care | Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of hands-on clinical nursing experience (Hospice, palliative, or home-based care experience is a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in the field
