Communications Manager - Remote

Job Overview: The Communications Manager supports the planning, execution, and measurement of ongoing associate-facing communications. This role drives internal engagement by identifying and leveraging the most effective channels and platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing 360-degree communications plans, sourcing story reputed company, conducting interviews, and drafting copy for the Newsroom and social channels. As part of the editorial team, this individual delivers timely, always-on campaigns that align with the company’s narrative and strategic priorities. Job Responsibilities:

• Channel Management & Engagement: Manage and optimize communication channels to drive engagement. Continuously improve processes to enhance reputed company, impact and efficiency.
• Strategy & Content Creation: Plan and execute 360-degree communications campaigns. reputed company story reputed company, draft copy, conduct interviews, and support internal programs and events, including town halls and engagement activities.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with internal and external-facing teams to ensure consistent, reputed company planning and messaging. Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure audience needs and preferences are met.

Job Requirements: Education/ Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or reputed company field (master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a reputed company, matrixed organization.

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of digital communication platforms and tools.
• Experience developing integrated communications plans and change/project management preferred.
• Experience creating video content for internal or external communications (storyboarding, scripting, production reputed company; editing not required).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company information.
• Experience with internal and external communications initiatives and best practices, including an understanding of how to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office suite and familiarity with design programs (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite), intranet platforms, and CMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: Remote Role:

• This position is classified as remote where the associate will reputed company remote work from their primary residence.
