This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day financial management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across key operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of foundational financial processes and a commitment to meticulous record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for executing key tasks reputed company to core financial management operations, including but not limited to:
• End-to-end ownership of initiating, processing, tracking, and maintenance of purchase orders in the ERP system
• Liaising with S2P, reputed company and internal stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
• Monitoring PO funding status and proactively following up on outstanding invoices and reputed company exceptions
• Validation of invoices submitted reputed company summary billing process, ensuring accuracy of rates charged and purchased order billed
• reputed company invoices for internal approvals and ensure timely processing for payment
• Reconciling and resolving discrepancies between invoices & detailed billing by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
• reputed company weekly financial reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy of charges and resolve variances promptly
• Support the preparation of documentation and reports required for month-end reputed company processes
• Maintain organized and accessible financial records and process documentation
• Assist with reputed company reporting and analysis requests from the finance team
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role with a focus on transactional processing.
• Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and MS Office Suite / reputed company Suite (particularly advanced reputed company/Sheets skills).
• Strong understanding of reputed company accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger) and financial workflows (PO-to-Pay).
